The REDE team is offering bespoke, evidence based mental health courses and lectures within dance and performing arts.

Knowing the challenges, stress and obstacles dancers and performing artists can encounter, the REDE team is offering bespoke, evidence based mental health workshops and/ or lectures.

What will the courses entail?

These workshops and lectures can focus on a variety of topics, such as:

performance anxiety

perfectionism

motivation

mind traps

cognitive restructuring

resilience

personal strengths

and other environmental and cultural stressors to name but a few.

The REDE team is also happy adapt to your needs and create workshops focusing on other topics not listed above

Who are the workshops for?

The workshops are suitable for dancers (both professional and vocational) that need or would like to know more about mental health and learn how to address certain stressors and issues in their performing and personal lives.

We are happy to suit the courses to dance teachers, dance professionals teaching young and professional dancers as well as artistic directors and staff within dance and performing arts.
